About Us

Troy Pound – President/CEO
(MA, NCC, LPC, LMHC)

As a husband, father, mental health worker, and minister, I have experienced my fair share of challenges. We all need an encouraging voice from time to time. I am ready to meet you where you are and support you in reaching your goals.

I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families. One of my passions is spiritual integration in therapy. I offer a non-judgmental, solution-focused approach to solving problems and reaching goals.

Primarily, I use solution-focused brief theory, research in psych neurobiology, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and biblical theology to inform my work with clients.

More About Me

I was born to a long line of farmers and ranchers. Many of my formative years were spent in Texas and Oklahoma. Oregon has been my home for more than twenty years now, and I enjoy it! The snowcapped mountains, tall timbers, and crashing Pacific swells still inspire awe.

I enjoy working with my hands and putting in a full day’s work. For fun, I usually enjoy spending a day on the town with my wife. Most of the year, you’ll also find me taking in the scenery from my motorcycle.

My father was a pastor for over thirty years. Together, I’ve watched my parents face and overcome many challenges. Along the way, I developed a passion for seeking truth and helping others. My most invaluable inheritance is a strong belief that every life holds immeasurable value and incredible purpose.

I have served in various pastoral roles since 1991. Hard to believe it’s been so long! It has been an honor to assist families, students, and adults of all ages.

I believe in a goal-directed, collaborative approach to change. Together, we will focus on what you want to achieve. With our eyes focused mostly on the present and toward the future, we will discover your strengths and resources. We will utilize these to help you reach your desired goal.

Together, we will discover the positive directions for the change you desire.
